At the heart of the WASH & Learn Programme is learning and knowledge sharing which is used to monitor what partners are doing, improving the application of the sustainability tools and approaches as well as identifying novel ways of programme implementation that will yield sustainability. Learning and knowledge sharing in the WASH & Learn programme is undertaken at planning, knowledge sharing and evaluation level by partners as well as at an interpersonal level among the partner organizations. This paper presents the learnings on Cost Recovery Planning and Risk Assessment and Mitigation and presents two related tools.
