This document sets out the revised Education Sector Strategic Plan (ESSP), taking a sector-wide approach to the implementation issues experienced by ESSP policies for the Ministry for Higher Education, Research, Science & Technology and the Ministry for Basic & Secondary Education. It incorporates the basic aims of both Ministries' policies.
